For Influencers: By creating an account and verifying your phone number and email address on TickTime, you acknowledge and agree that your verified contact details (phone number and email address) may be disclosed to brands who use the TickTime platform — including through our Shopify app — for the purpose of evaluating and initiating collaboration opportunities.
Contact information is only made available once you have completed both phone and email verification. Unverified accounts are never shown to brands.
For Brands: Contact details unlocked through the TickTime discovery tools must be used solely for legitimate collaboration outreach. Brands agree not to use influencer contact information for spam, bulk messaging, unsolicited marketing unrelated to collaborations, or any other purpose beyond direct, one-to-one collaboration discussions.
Data Deletion / Opt-Out: If you are an influencer and no longer wish your contact details to be accessible to brands, you may request removal by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 7 business days.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:
