We also collect usage information such as device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the platform, clickstream data, interactions, cookies, and similar tracking technologies.

3a. Influencer Contact Data and Brand Access

Influencers who create an account and verify phone and email details acknowledge that verified contact details may be shown to brands using TickTime, including through our Shopify app, for evaluating and initiating collaboration opportunities.

Contact information is only made available after phone and email verification. Unverified accounts are not shown to brands.

Brands must use unlocked contact details only for legitimate collaboration outreach. Spam, bulk messaging, unrelated unsolicited marketing, or resale of contact information is not permitted.

Influencers may request removal of contact details by emailing [email protected]. TickTime will process removal requests within 7 business days.
